Samuel Josua van Embden (1904-2000) Urban engineer, building engineer and architect

Samuel Josua van Embden was a Dutch urban engineer, building engineer and architect.
He realized many houses, homes, offices and industrial buildings throughout the Netherlands.
He was also a consultant in several urban municipalities in connection with, among others, the State Mines and the Zuiderzee Polder.

His major works
Business premises for the Nursery Moerheim in Dedemsvaart (1930).
Council House in Eethen (1938).
Bathhouse in Emmen (1951).
Protestant church in Maassluis (1952).
P.T.T. laboratory in Leidschendam (1953).
